1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B4X Purchase Manager ("the Service"), operated by Caelunex Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

B4X Purchase Manager provides a cloud-based API for validating in-app purchases from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Service includes a dashboard for managing applications, API keys, secrets, and viewing analytics.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity per account — accounts are not transferable

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

  • Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation for API requests
  • Usage exceeding your allocation may incur overage charges at the published rate
  • Rate limits apply per API key to ensure fair usage
  • Abuse of the API (excessive requests, scraping, or automated attacks) may result in suspension

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your API keys and secrets secure — do not share them publicly
  • Ensure your use of the Service complies with Apple and Google developer agreements
  • Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard.
